Locating the IP address for the SEH Print Server using the Printer Wizard Software.

| 5. Select SEH Printer Wizard from the list. |

| 6. Select the appropriate version for your particular Operating System. |

| 7. When selecting the appropriate Operating System Version, a dialog will open up asking you to OPEN or SAVE, select OPEN. |

| 8. The following dialog will open, and click NEXT. |

| 9. Select the default selection that is recommended. click Next. |

| 10. On the this screen you will see a IP Address, you will need to make note of this IP Address on a separate piece of paper and keep it in a safe spot. After writing this number down, click CANCEL on the dialog. |

| 11. Open the Production Manager, highlight the printer in the list, click on setup and select SETUP Properties. |

| 12. Select the Communications Tab and type in the IP Address you wrote down earlier. Leave the port number at 9100, select apply, and then OK. |

Make sure you have the printer on and media loaded, select setup, and
click Test Print. If you have followed these steps correctly and you
have the proper IP Address entered, the printer will produce a small
test print. You then have your SEH Print Server configured correctly. If for some reason you are experiencing technical difficulty getting the correct IP address for you SEH Print Server box following the above steps, you can assign a full time IP address to the print server following the following steps. This technique only works for systems that are running a direct connect from the computer to the printer. If you are running on a network or through a router, you will first need to open the proper ports to allow the connection to take place. |

| 1. Go to the START button and select the Control Panel from the list. |

| 3. Right-click on the Local Area Connections Icon and select Properties. |

| 4. Highlight the Internet Protocol TCP/IP and then click Properties. |

When the Properties window opens, select “Use the following IP Address”
, the lines will become available for you to type in an IP Address
along with a Subnet Mask Number. 6. Use the following in the IP Address 172.18.3.100 7. Use the following in the Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0 8. Leave the Default Gateway Blank. 9. Click OK 10. Click OK Again 11. Close the Control Panel Window. 12. Load the Intercon CD into the CD-ROM drive. 13. The software will autostart when inserted. If the program does not autostart, click on the START button and select RUN. 14. Type in X:\start.exe (Replace the “X” with the letter of your CD-Rom drive) 15. The program will then start. |

| 17. Select the InterCon-Net Tool program from the list. |

| 18. When selecting the InterCon-Net Tool link for your appropriate Operating System, a dialog will open up asking you to OPEN or SAVE, select OPEN. |

| 19. You will get the following Welcome dialog, select NEXT. |

| 20. Select the appropriate language and click OK. |

| 21. A installation wizard will start welcoming you to the Net-Tool install, Click NEXT. |

| 22. You have the option to accept the default destination folder or you may browse to a folder of your choice. Select NEXT |

| 23. You will receive the following dialog telling you where the program will be installed into your start menu. Click NEXT |

| 24. The wizard is complete, you may click Finish. |

| 25. On your desktop is a InterCon-NetTool Icon, double click on it. The following dialog will open on your screen. |

| 26. Highlight the IP address in the list. |

| 27. Select Installation from the top of the window, and select the IP Wizard from the list. |

| 28. The window will default to the Manual TCP/IP configuration, Click NEXT. |

| 29. The following dialog will open giving you the option to enter a IP Address and a Subnet Mask. 30. In the IP Address enter the following numbers 172.18.3.101 31. In the Subnet mask enter the following number 255.255.255.0 32. Leave the Default Gateway blank 33. Click NEXT |

| 34. You will receive the following dialog confirming your changes. Select Finish. |

| 35. A window will tell you your changes have been saved, and the Print server is restarting. Close the InterCon-NetTool program. |

| 36. When your at your desktop, double-click on the Production Manager Icon and start the Production Manager. Highlight your printer in the production Manager list, Select Setup, and click Setup Properties. |

| 37. Select the communication tab in the setup properties window, set the port to TCP/IP and enter the following IP Address. 172.18.3.101 |

| 38. To test the communication between the Computer and the Printer, make sure your Printer is highlighted, select Setup, and click on TEST PRINT. If you have followed the steps correctly, the printer will produce a small test print. |
