Simply put the guide prong in the end of a flute, and pull the cutter through the sheet. Since 10 mil is much thicker walled than 4 mil, a new blade design was developed. This design uses beveled blades to cut the wall so that the skin doesn't close and pinch on the blade like it would when cutting at a 90 degree angle. To get a relatively centered cut in the flute, the blades are offset so the flute is cut in the centered on both sides. You can score cut with a second outside prong. This gives the user the ability to make wrap around signs and POP displays.
